IT IS DESIGN BASED ON A CONCEPT OF OPEN FLOOR SPACES ESPECIALLY FOR LIVING AND DINING AREAS TO CATER FOR FAMILY AND GUEST GATHERINGS. THE DESIGN APPROACH AIMING AT ACHIEVING BALANCE BETWEEN PRIVACY FOR THE RESIDENT AND OPENINGS TO THE NATURAL GREENERIES AROUND THE HOUSE COMPOUND.
